CAPELIN ROE
Many consider capelin roe to be a delicacy. Capelin roe of good quality is especially in demand in the Japanese market. In years with abundant catches, most of the capelin is used as industrial fish, i.e. in the production of fish oil and fishmeal. Capelin roe is produced at our factory in Senjahopen, Værøy and Florø.
